Katie McCrindle (she/they), M.S.W. is a Body Liberation Counsellor, Registered Social Worker and Fat Activist who lives and works in Hamilton, Ontario. She identifies as fat as a way of reclaiming the word and situating herself in a political identity. They believe that every body is inherently worthy, and those whose bodies are considered “larger” deserve to proudly take up space in this society which is both overtly and insidiously anti-fat.

Katie is passionate about body/fat liberation and about creating community, both online and off, and believes that the body holds wisdom if you can figure out how to listen. Katie loves weird dancing, being in nature, and cuddling with their cat, Luna.

Suzanne Dietrich (she/her) is a Registered Dietitian and the owner of Gut Instincts Nutrition Counselling. Suzanne is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor who incorporates intuitive eating, body liberation, and Health At Every Size® principles in her practice. She has been passionate about helping individuals find a healthy relationship with food for the past 11.5 years.

Suzanne believes that all foods fit and all bodies fit. She helps her clients unfold their own definition of health and develop a way of eating that takes into account nutrition but just as importantly food access, time, life situation/trauma, health conditions, financial ability, food skills, gender, and pleasure. She’s passionate about helping people heal from weight stigma in our “thin obsessed world."

She's the Mom of two boys, who loves the outdoors & enjoys cycling and skiing in the countryside of Waterloo Region as well as painting, cross-stitching & baking! Learn more about Suzanne here: www.gutinstincts.ca
