I ain't no chef cuisinaire here, but I will share with you foods that I love and are easy to make. I often have trouble finding recipes or cookbooks that leave out nutritional information. If you are trying to move away from the diet cycle or recovering from an eating disorder it is important to have meal or snack ideas that are free of nutrition information. Therefore, there will be no nutritional breakdown of recipes on this page for that reason.
