Life can sometimes be too exhausting to leave room for creativity in the kitchen.  I ain't no chef cuisinaire here, but I will share with you foods that I love and are easy to make. I learned how to bake before I learned how to cook by the way!

Sometimes this information can trigger dieting symptoms. Therefore, there will be no nutritional breakdown of recipes on this page for that reason - except if it is related to allergies or FODMAP friendly food items.
